Sesame Street turns 40 today!  Sesame Street changed TV forever by proving that shows for children could be educational and entertaining.

Sesame Street was honored with their own corner of New York yesterday!  The corner of 64th and Broadway was renamed Sesame Street—by mayoral proclamation bestowed by the City of New York November 10  is officially Sesame Street Day.
