While I agree alcohol laws should be observed. I’m sure where they went to dinner, everyone knew who they were. Imagine a server denying to serve Kristen Stewart a drink! Also, neither one of them were driving. That counts for alot. For the most part they never do. It’s either limos or cabs for them 99% of the time. So, I’m sure a drink or two didn’t kill either one of them.

Give me a break people she is 19, every where in the world is 19 or younger, but in the USA – You can fight in a War, drive a car, vote & earn a full time living acting, but you can’t have a drink or two???
Too old to leave comments as far as I’m concerned…get with time times…

u celebirties need to STOP smoking, drinking alcohal, or doing drugs for no reason. BTW,isn’t kristen too young to drink?????

I am glad they could go out and have a good time. They deserve it!!! Everyone needs to leave the two of them alone. Give them a break. Good for Kristin for having a drink half of the world has drinks under age!!!! That is not brought to every ones attention. Soooooooooooooo what I think she deserves as many drinks as she wants!!! She is a big girl and strong minded I am sure she can take care of her self. Wendy

WTF? Isn’t Kristen 19? Why is she illegally being served alcohol in a bar in NY???? I’m worried about these kids and this Beatlemania type attention they are getting. It’s easy to seek refuge from the trappings of fame with booze and drugs. Sure hope their parents and people who TRULY love them are circling in….
