I cannot begin to explain how all encompassing this dancing stuff is. I’m still in shock that, I, Kate Gosselin, am learning to dance … and then performing for 24-million live viewers. At first, my total insecurities about my body, my coordination and my doubt that I had the ability to dance stopped me from seeing this opportunity as total fun. It’s a “job” that allows me to break out of my analytical way of thinking — schedules, providing, bill-paying, meal-making, securing the present and the long-term future for my eight kids, to name a few of the many never-ending tasks.

Knock ‘em dead Kate! Gosselin turned 35 on Sunday, let’s hope she can celebrate by staying on DWTS!

The famed British chef is making waves in the small town of Huntington, West Virginia — named the unhealthiest town in America — and across the U.S. While critics question his tactics and commentary on the state of our country and food, one thing’s for sure — Oliver is revealing some pretty scary and indisputable details with the series. In this past Friday’s episode, students at the local elementary school were unable to identify basic vegetables — like potatoes and tomatoes — and chose to eat ‘chicken nuggets’ even after the chef demonstrated them being made from chicken carcass and left over skin. 24 Kiefer Sutherland 300x200 24 Runs Out of Time, Fox Cancels Show After Eight Seasons Fox has pulled the plug on the hit series ’24′ after eight successful season. The Keifer Sutherland helmed adventure drama will end on May 24th, with a 2-hour long series finale.

“This has been the role of a lifetime, and I will never be able to fully express my appreciation to everyone who made it possible,” Sutherland said in a statement.

But, Jack Bauer fans shouldn’t fret yet, Sutherland continued to say that, “Looking ahead to the future, [the producers and] I are excited about the opportunity to create the feature film version of ’24′.”

Nomvuho Mzamane led the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls until reports of abuse by another staff member were reported by students. Mzamane sued Winfrey for defamation which made it difficult for her to find another job. A trial was to begin on Monday on the matter, but lawyers for both parties yesterday released a statement saying that he dispute has been settled “peacefully to their mutual satisfaction.”

It’s official! Katherine Heigl is “done” with Grey’s Anatomy. In the new issue of Entertainment Weekly, the actress spills the news after “just [finalizing] our agreement.” She goes on to say, “Everyone had been working really hard to find an amicable and gracious way of letting go and moving on. It’s sad but it’s what I wanted.” Why is Izzy Stevens permanently leaving Seattle Grace? “I started a family and it changed everything for me,” she says. “It changed my desire to work full-time.”

The on-and-off couple reconciled in 2009 after a break up, but have decided to get some space. “They are trying to decide what to do right now,” a friend told PEOPLE. “Reggie has issues with her busy life and schedule and she can’t give it all up.” This will make great fodder for Kim’s show!

Dr. Phil is adding a “youthful perspective” to his talk show — by hiring Kelly Osbourne as a “special contributor.” Osbourne will weigh in on issues that affect “ourselves, our families and society has a whole” and will kick off the new gig as a panelist on an upcoming show about the use of prescription drugs in Hollywood.

1 Sarah Palin Near Deal for Reality Show? Word is that Discovery Communications has edged A&E Networks for the new series Sarah Palin’s Alaska. An agreement could be announced in the next few days. Reuters reports that it is still undecided which network in the Discovery Communications group would air Alaska. According to Reuters:

Although travelogues are on-brand for the Discovery flagship, having Palin as a centerpiece also makes the show a fit for mom-friendly TLC. Clearly nature docs are still viable for the company — Discovery’s latest effort in the genre, the miniseries “Life,” just debuted to 11.8 million viewers on Sunday night.

In her numerous TV appearances, Palin has proven she can draw an audience. Yet her show won’t come cheap. The former Alaska governor’s asking price was $1.2 million per episode. The high-definition program will be shot in a style similar to “Life” and “Planet Earth” and will feature the 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate acting as a guide to the Alaskan outdoors.

Miley Cyrus comes to American Idol tonight! Miley Cyrus is going to mentor the 11 remaining Idol contestants on American Idol as she begins to promote her new film.

Miley is starting the promotional rounds for her new movie, The Last Song, which opens March 31. The film is based on the Nicholas Sparks novel and Miley plays a rebellious teen who spends the summer with her estranged father in a small town.

In the midst of personal drama for it’s star Sandra Bullock, The Blind Side DVD hits stores today. I love this movie and if you haven’t seen it, go and get the DVD! Sandra Bullock is amazing.

Rielle Hunter ‘Repulsed’ by GQ Photos, Do You Believe Her? [POLL]

Rielle Hunter’s spread in GQ was pretty racy! As we reported yesterday, Rielle spilled all the dirty details about John Edwards in GQ but the photos in are causing a buzz.

Hunter posed in a very sex-kittenish look— button-down men’s shirt, pearls, and no pants—-while lying with her daughter’s stuffed Dora the Explorer doll. But the weirdest part of Rielle’s GQ spread is that now the sex-kitten mama is crying foul!

According to The Frisky, Hunter herself has called the photos “repulsive” and went crying to Barbara Walters to state her case. Walters revealed on The View that Rielle called her crying about the photos.

Lisa DePaulo, the writer of the GQ article, was in disbelief over Hunter’s claims and spoke to Good Morning America about the situation.
