Chicago Sun-Times reports the three stars have joined forces to negotiate contracts for what may be two films based on the final Breaking Dawn novel, the final part of the Twilight series.

The mega-success of Twilight and New Moon is proof that the young stars should be able to negotiate a steep increase in compensation!  Pattinson, Stewart and Lautner will reportedly be able to demand paychecks well into eight figures for the next two films.

Pattinson, 23, has previously said that he had agreed to star in Breaking Dawn.

I have committed to the fourth one, Breaking Dawn.

The picture in this post is a newly released image from the third movie in the Twilight Saga series, Eclipse.

They NEED to renegotiate. I love the books, but the New Moon movie was just Awful! Everyone in the theatre all breathed a sigh of relief when it was over – it was like one super LONG movie trailer. Somehow the writer and director just decided to shoot snapshots of big scenes and try to put them together. They left out so much of the story line so it’s obvious they don’t care, it’s just about showing the actors on screen and who cares what they are doing. The series is going to only get worse I predict so these actors better make as much money as they can as they may not find it easy getting work again! These movies don’t display their acting chops at all, just that they all look pretty standing around. In 10 years or so, I think they will all be embarrassed that they were in these films. The author should do something about it.

I agree with Marie. The acting wasn’t all that great, and ya know what? That acting is reflective of the books. The books were not that well written at all, the characters were dry and under developed, and I think that the other three books that Stephenie wrote were just a bunch of filler, fluff that she could get money off of. I was highly disappointed with Breaking Dawn. It all just didn’t fit well together. Everyone pretty much got what they wanted and no one suffered any sort of consequence. The love story was okay, but the writing and story development was horrendous. I only read the books because I love vampires; I only saw the movies because I generally like Kristen Stewart-this was just not a good franchise for her because the character named Bella demands her to be dry and unemotional. Besides, vampires don’t sparkle-they burn. Let them walk freely out in the sun for all I care, but they certainly don’t sparkle. Teens and brooding mothers are only interested in this serious because Edwards plays the part of the perfect man. If it weren’t for Edward the books wouldn’t have gotten a look at.

to marie your a dumb ass!!! the movie was great and obviously everyone else thinks so to or it wouldn be the biggestovie in the world right now!!!! and i think the rest of the movies will be great as long as they stay close to the book like they did in new moon!!!! GREAT MOVIE

If you have read the book, it was indeed a drag in the first part. It rose from its depressed mood when Edward came back. I think the movie was just being true to what was written in the book. They’re looking for a new director anyway. Peter Jackson is my bet.http://twilightsagabreakingdawn.blogspot.com/
