Brooke Mueller Has Restraining Order Against Charlie Sheen, Actor Says Wife Made It Up?

Brooke Mueller has a restraining order against Charlie Sheen. Mueller’s order of protection was issued after the Christmas incident that ended with the actor being arrested and put in jail for domestic violence.

Radar Online reports that the protection order for Sheen’s wife was issued by the judge who heard Charlie Sheen’s case and allowed him to post bond and get out of jail Friday night. The order is mandatory in cases of this type in Colorado.

Judge James Boyd said Charlie Sheen is not allowed to contact his wife, except through his attorney until the case is resolved. Sheen flew back to Los Angeles late Friday night while Mueller remained in Aspen.

Charlie Sheen claims his wife is simply “making up” the abuse story, out of anger.  The sitcom star (and his PR team) are  telling people that Brooke Mueller grossly “exaggerated” their fight when she called 911 on Christmas morning.

Sheen’s version of events is that the two were arguing about Brooke’s drinking and that Charlie said his wife was drinking too much.  According to Charlie’s version of the story, his wife then Brooke went crazy because her husband was critical of her mothering skills.
