Kate Major is going to sue Jon Gosselin!

EOnline reports that Jon’s ex-girlfriend Major has lawyered up in advance of a potential lawsuit!   RadarOnline reports Major plans to sue the reality star dad for breach-of-contract, fraud and loss of wages.

Kate Major says Gosselin failed to make good on the of their contract, which promised Major a salary in line with her Star paycheck and “a percentage of accounts for payment based upon involvement.”

Jon & Kate Plus 8 will end next week and TLC will air the final episode on Monday at 9 p.m. EST.

The final episode will show Jon and Kate Gosselin on separate outings with the kids. Jon will take them to a fire station near the family home in Wernersville, Pa. With Kate, the kids will visit a local dairy farm.   The last episode of the now infamous series will feature interviews with Jon and Kate, as they reflect on what the past has meant and what the future might hold.
