Daily Buzz: Lindsay Lohan Bashed on Catwalk, Letterman Sex Scandal Grows, Autism Doubled?

David Letterman’s sex scandal continues to unwind. Holly Hester, a Late Show intern in the 90′s says she had an affair with Letterman for a year.  Hester told celebrity website TMZ she was “madly in love with him and would have married him” but David Letterman ended the relationship because of age differences.

Lindsay Lohan was bashed by the press after walking  the catwalk with designer Estrella Archs during the Emmanuel Ungaro fashion show in Paris. Lohan and Archs collaborated on the collection together, and reviews called the collection “cheesy and dated.” Harsh!  Since Lohan’s previous fashion design experience involved creating her own line of leggings, maybe this isn’t such a surprise?

Parents are reporting cases of autism at almost double the rate of the last U.S. government survey in 2003.  A new study indicates that 1% of children 3 to 17 have autism or related disorder, according to CNN.  Researchers estimate that now 1.1 percent, or 1 in 91 children, were told they had a disorder on the autism spectrum. These results are based on national telephone survey of more than 78,000 parents.
