[buzzGLOSS] Maria Shriver Ignores Traffic Laws Again? Do the Rules Not Apply to the First Lady?

Maria Shriver once again ignored California traffic laws by parking in a clearly-marked, illegal red zone in Los Angeles, just weeks after she was caught talking on her cell phone while driving on multiple occasions!

RadarOnline reports that the First Lady of California parked her car in the unlawful area for an hour as she headed into a doctor’s office. I’m a fan of  Maria Shriver because I think she does many good things—but it’s only a few weeks after the whole cell phone drama, so I would think that Maria would try to be a little more aware!

After the cell phone incident, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger promised “swift action” would be taken.  Maria Shriver said she didn’t have a cell phone anymore—but RadarOnline reports she was talking on someone’s cell phone as she walked back to her illegally parked car on Sunday!

I thought that Shriver giving up her phone was a little extreme—-all she had to do was get a hands-free gadget for her phone OR just not drive and dial! What do you think about Shriver ignoring California traffic laws?  Do the rules not apply to the First Lady?
