RIP Patrick Swayze: Dirty Dancing Legend Dies at 57

Patrick Swayze died today after a long battle with cancer.

Swayze, 57,  was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer early last year. His publicist released a statement saying, “”Patrick Swayze passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months.”

Named the Sexiest Man Alive in 1991 by People Magazine, Swayze stared in dozens of mega-hits including “Ghost,” “Dirty Dancing,” and “Road House.”
