[buzzGLOSS] Sandra Bullock Battles Porn Star Janine Lindemulder for Child Custody

Sandra Bullock is embroiled in a custody battle between her husband and his porn star ex-wife.  Bullock and her husband, Jesse James are fighting ex-wife Janine Lindemulder’s attempts to regain custody of their five-year-old daughter, Sunny.  This picture of Janine is on her MySpace page. Nice!

James has had sole guardianship of the child since Lindemulder, an adult film star and director, was jailed for tax evasion. Jesse James is determined not to let his ex gain custody of their daughter, because he fears his little girl would be introduced to a dangerous world if she lived with her mother.  In court documents, James states:

Good cause exists for the court to conduct a review to determine if (Sunny) will be safe with (Lindemulder). She should be restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments.

Poor Jesse, Sandra and Sunny!   Why the courts seems to think that biology = parenting is beyond me!  I hope the court is reasonable and the little girl doesn’t have to go through a big custody battle. But Janine Lindemulder will probably make the battle as public as possible, if her recent media tour is any indication.

ABC News obtained a letter written to the court by Sandra Bullock, that alleged that Sunny was subjected to neglect and isolation when she stayed with her mother.

While in Janine’s care, sometimes Sunny is left alone during the day, while her mother is asleep from drug use.

I myself have stopped working like I used to in order to be here with Jesse and the kids because we are on constant high alert. Never knowing the condition Janine will be in, and even more concerning, the condition Sunny will be in.
