TLC Slams Jon Gosselin with Lawsuit! BAM!

TLC is suing Jon Gosselin for breaching his contract with Jon & Kate Plus 8. The lawsuit alleges that Gosselin hasn’t met the obligations of his contract as an exclusive employee, has appeared on other programs for profit and made unauthorized disclosures about the show!  TLC spokeswoman Laurie Goldberg said in a statement to ABCNews.com:

The network has been trying privately and patiently for months to get Jon to honor the contract he signed and to comply with his obligations relating to public appearances and statements. Those efforts have been unsuccessful. The Washington, D.C., law firm of Williams & Connolly LLP has been retained to represent the network in the litigation.

BAM! Don’t mess with a major TV network, Jon!  I think Gosselin totally deserves this, do you?
