Whoops! Whitney Houston’s Wardrobe Malfunction on National TV!

Music diva Whitney Houston is in the middle of a serious comeback with her new album, I Look to You, and has been hitting the promotional circuit hard with appearances on Good Morning America and Oprah.

And, during a performance on the UK’s “X-Factor” (an American Idol-type of show) over the weekend, the superstar proved that she’s worthy of her status–not even a wardrobe malfunction that could have left her topless on national television will stop her!

While performing in a sequined silver dress, the straps suddenly came untied. Even though the mishap caught her off-guard, she flinched for a second, grabbed her dress, and finished the song without baring any unwanted skin.

Afterwards, Whit laughed and said, “I sang myself out of my clothes!”
