Brangelina Sue Newspaper for Libel

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie took their son, Maddox, to the Super Bowl yesterday and looked adorable — cuddling throughout the game and once again, putting to rest those nasty breakup rumors.

And, they’re going after the source of the most recent spate of rumors by filing a lawsuit against News of the World, who originally “broke” the story about the uber-couple meeting with lawyers to split their vast fortunes and custody of their six children.

According to BBC News, after attempts at obtaining a voluntary retraction from the tabloid, the couple’s attorney is suing the publication for the “widely republished” allegations that are “false and intrusive”.
