Eva Longoria Parkers’ Restaurants Take Off

Eva Longoria Parker is expanding her restaurant business — with a second venue opening on New Years Eve in Las Vegas later this year. Her first restaurant, Beso in Hollywood (with celebrity chef Todd English), takes a Latin approach to classic Steakhouse cuisine, and the new Vegas location will feature a similar menu.

The actress tells PEOPLE magazine that she plans to continue expanding by opening “Besitos, which are little besos,” in airports. “We just signed the contract for the first airport and it’s in L.A.,” she says, “so we’re really excited!”
