Buzz Update: Howard Stern To Replace Simon Cowell, Kristen Stewart’s Jury Duty Drama

Will shock jock Howard Stern replace Simon Cowell on “American Idol”? That’s the buzz according to the New York Post. Stern, the highest-paid personality in radio, would be perfect to replace the fork-tongued Cowell.  “They know he would be great on TV and would clash with the other judges such as Ellen DeGeneres and the contestants,” a source told the paper. “‘Idol’ will do what it takes to sign him.”

Kristen Stewart did her civil duty by serving jury duty recently, but she may have gotten a court security guard in trouble during the process. After the 3-day prostitution trial she sat on, a security guard asked for a photo with the actress. She gladly did so and went on her way. But then the security guard posted the photo on the internet…and now his job is on the line, since celebrities in court for any matter is confidential. Oops!
