Former teen idol and reality star Corey Haim was found dead of an apparent overdose early this morning, Los Angeles police said. The LAPD says his mother was with him at home when he died.
Haim had struggled with drug addiction for years — it was often the subject of his A&E reality show The Two Coreys with fellow child star Corey Feldman.
The Canadian actor was best known for his parts in iconic 80′s films including The Lost Boys and Lucas. Haim recently made a cameo appearing in The Lost Boys sequel.
So sad, another 80s icon gone…
