‘Sherlock Holmes’ Earns $24.9 Million Opening Day

Sherlock Holmes took home a whopping $24.9 million for its opening day, so it looks like Warner Brothers has a hit!

Sherlock Holmes starring Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law, led the movie pack this weekend according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The PG-13 rated movie, directed by Guy Ritchie, opened on Christmas Day in 3,626 locations.
