chris brown Chris Brown Begs Fans for a Career Comeback?Chris Brown has been trying to re-start his career after the 2009 assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna.  The fall out from Brown’s violence and his stupidity in the aftermath has led Brown to take desperate measures to stage his comeback.

Yahoo Music News reports that the formerly hot singer recorded an audio message Wednesday on Say Now asking his fans to “bring [him] back.”

Chris Brown is serving his sentence of five years probation and he reached out to fans for help.

Some radio stations aren’t playing my records. They’re not being that supportive and I wouldn’t expect them to. But it’s on the fans…It’s in your power to bring me back.

It won’t be possible for me to be an artist if I don’t have support from people who give me an artist outlet. I can’t be an underground mixtape artist.

Yes Chris you can be a mixtape artist. Cry me a river.

Newsflash to Chris Brown: Beating your girlfriend to a pulp then acting like it’s no big deal is a deal breaker with most women.  Since women purchased a lot of your music, maybe your former fans need to see more proof of your “change” before they believe it.

    It’s the other black stars that fear Brown that are holding him back. Brown past them by in the performance department. They rather help end his career rather than compete with him.

    who ever put in that last little sentence of the article obviously hasnt listen to Chris’s new album and the whole heap of songs that say sorry. and for your information he isnt acting like its no big deal, he is getting on with life and trying to make up for what he has done wrong. he hasnt hit heaps of other girls so obviously he has learnt his lesson and he has changed!

    Here’s my take: In the first place, the reason why Chris Brown is having a hard time is because unlike Charlie Sheen, Chris attacked his girlfriend who happens to be extremely popular (even more popular than he is). She’s a superstar these days and of course, the world is going to side with her in this situation (even though I’m sure there’s a lot of background stuff she’s leaving out in her interviews). Another thing is that Chris Brown dropped his album extremely too soon. It’s stands to wonder if maybe his ego made him think that after a few apologies and community service, his status would make it easier to forget but obviously, it hasn’t. Maybe, just maybe had he come out in the summer of 2010 with a HOT summer record could people kinda forget. Also, his management team needs to be replaced ASAP. They have completely steered him in the wrong direction numerous times (performing at the boxing event is the most recent example). I’m not exactly sure if he’ll be able to make a comeback (I’m not a Chris Brown fan) but he should really do a few BIG changes before he does.
