Balloon boy dad Richard Heene suffers from diabetes and can be very violent when he fails to take his insulin shots, according to RadarOnline.com.

Heene threatened to kill a man because he wouldn’t help him document dust devils. A former co-worker of Richard Heene told RadarOnline.com:

Richard suffered from diabetes and that was very difficult for him especially when his blood sugar levels would go down because he could become very difficult and aggressive.

Former Employee Vince LeGrow Talks About Richard Heene and Family

Richard Heene’s former employee Vince LeGrow revealed some disturbing news about his old employer to RadarOnline. LeGrow says wife Mayumi was subservient toward Richard and that the father of the balloon boy was controlling.

LeGrow told RadarOnline he remembered several times when Richard would blow up at his wife yelling, “Mayumi you’re stupid!”
