Charlie Sheen is ready to head back to the set of Two and a Half Men after a stint in rehab. The actor will return to the CBS comedy on Tuesday — first he has to appear in an Aspen, Colorado court for a hearing on the domestic abuse case with wife Brooke Mueller, who also recently completed a visit to rehab.

Star Trek star Walter Koenig and his wife Judy are mourning the death of their son, Andrew Koenig.

The body of Growing Pains actor Andrew Koenig was found in Vancouver yesterday. Walter and Judy Koenig made a statement to the media Thursday evening, in an attempt to reach out to people who were in emotional pain like their son. MTV News reported on yesterday’s press conference and Walter Koenig’s statement:

“My son took his own life,” Koenig’s father, “Star Trek” icon Walter Koenig, said between long pauses. “The only thing I want to say is — we’ve already said what a good guy he was and a good human being…and he was obviously in a lot of pain…for those families who have members they fear are susceptible to this kind of behavior, don’t ignore it, don’t rationalize it.”

CBS is temporarily halting production of Two and a Half Men since Charlie Sheen is in rehab. Earlier this week, Sheen entered a rehabilitation facility “as a preventative measure.” Today, Sheen’s bosses expressed support for the actor and said that they would temporarily stop production of the show.

Levi Johnston has been ordered to pay up! An Alaskan judge ordered Levi Johnston to pay $18,500 in back child support for his 13-month-old son, Tripp. Johnston, 19, must pay $1,688.42 in child support to ex-fiancee Bristol Palin, daughter of Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin.

Sheen, Mueller, Twins & Lisa Rinna’s Nanny in Rehab? Huh?

sheenmueller 300x215 Sheen, Mueller, Twins & Lisa Rinnas Nanny in Rehab? Huh? The latest buzz is that Charlie Sheen has entered a rehab facility, as we reported earlier, and that his wife, Brooke Mueller — who remains in rehab herself — has their infant soons with her at a treatment center. Huh?

Actress-hostess Lisa Rinna answered the question many were asking — Who’s talking care of Charlie and Brooke’s twin sons? — earlier when news broke about Sheen by tweeting:

But then came reports that Mueller’s facility allows children, so the twin boys have moved in with mom — with their nannies in tow. Sheen, apparently, is at a separate treatment center and has taken a hiatus from Two and a Half Men to focus on his recovery.

Confused? We are too, but somewhere, Tiger Woods must be breathing a sigh of relief that some of the scandal news has moved off him for now.

CharlieSheen 256x300 Breaking News: Charlie Sheen Enters Rehab One day after his wife moved to a new addiction rehab facility, Charlie Sheen has now also entered a rehabilitation program. The Two and a Half Men star’s publicist, Stan Rosenfeld released a brief statement saying:

As a preventative measure, Charlie Sheen has entered a rehabilitation facility. He will take some time off his series Two and a Half Men. He has asked that his privacy be honored. No further statements are planned.

The 44-year old actor, who has a well-publicized history of substance abuse, is facing domestic violence charges from a December fallout with his wife.

The couple has two young twin sons, and it was recently reported that Child Protective Services have visited the Mueller-Sheen home at least two times since December.

UPDATE: Apparently, Lisa Rinna’s former nanny is taking care of the Sheen twins. The actress just sent out a message on Twitter saying:

Good news is the sheen babies r being well taken care of by our beloved nanny that was with us for 6 yrs she is a god send.

Charlie Sheen’s Wife Switches Rehab, Brooke Mueller Continues Rehab

Charlie Sheen’s wife left a Malibu rehab center after confidential details of her treatment there were given to journalists over the weekend. According to CNN, Brooke Mueller was then checked into another facility to continue her substance abuse rehab.

Mueller’s lawyer said he was planning a lawsuit against the Canyon, the rehab center that breached her privacy.

A Los Angeles county social worker visited Sheen’s home over the weekend to check on the children but the visit was routine. Sheen and Mueller married in 2008. Their twin sons — Max and Bob — will have their first birthday next month.

Gosselin’s new book, I Just Want You to Know: Letters to My Kids on Love, Faith and Family will be released on April 13. It’s a personal book featuring prayers, excerpts from her journal and eight individual letters addressed to each one of her children.

CBS’s new series Undercover Boss had a huge audience on Sunday after the Super Bowl. The new reality show, in which corporate executives disguise themselves to work alongside employees at their companies, earned 38.6 million viewers, making it the largest audience ever for a post-Super Bowl series debut.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are going to reconcile and they are going to live together in their LA home. Brooke’s attorney told E! News:

“Brooke’s desire was to get the order modified so they could have contact and communicate because of their children,” the attorney said. “Judge Boyd was gracious enough to grant that and now Charlie and Brooke are on their way back to L.A. to continue their lives.”

Charlie Sheen Charged with Assault

Charlie Sheen and his wife, Brooke Mueller, were in a Colorado court today, where the Two and a Half Men star was formally charged with assault. Stemming from a Christmas Day fight the couple had while vacationing in Aspen for the holidays, the charges include a felony menacing charge and two misdemeanors: third-degree assault and criminal mischief.

The judge modified the retraining order Mueller has had — per her request — so that the couple can now be together…as long as Sheen doesn’t drink alcohol, doesn’t have guns in his possession and refrains from harrassing Mueller.

“Charlie and Brooke kissed and hugged and looked pretty happy to get beyond this hurdle,” Mueller’s lawyer told PEOPLE. “They are on their way home to Los Angeles together.”
