Chris Brown Begs Fans for a Career Comeback?

Chris Brown has been trying to re-start his career after the 2009 assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna. The fall out from Brown’s violence and his stupidity in the aftermath has led Brown to take desperate measures to stage his comeback.

Yahoo Music News reports that the formerly hot singer recorded an audio message Wednesday on Say Now asking his fans to “bring [him] back.”

Chris Brown is serving his sentence of five years probation and he reached out to fans for help.

Some radio stations aren’t playing my records. They’re not being that supportive and I wouldn’t expect them to. But it’s on the fans…It’s in your power to bring me back.

It won’t be possible for me to be an artist if I don’t have support from people who give me an artist outlet. I can’t be an underground mixtape artist.

Yes Chris you can be a mixtape artist. Cry me a river.

Newsflash to Chris Brown: Beating your girlfriend to a pulp then acting like it’s no big deal is a deal breaker with most women. Since women purchased a lot of your music, maybe your former fans need to see more proof of your “change” before they believe it.

Chris Brown made a pretty dumb decision at Paris Fashion Week, where the singer has been making the rounds for the past few days.

After attending Jean-Paul Gaultier‘s boxing-themed fashion show, for which the iconic designer had makeup artists give him a beaten-and-bloodied look, Brown posed for a photo op with Gaultier.

Considering Brown is still dealing with assault charges from the highly-publicized breakup with Rihanna, seems like a poor choice, don’t ya think?

Chris Brown: Tirade Over Album, Kills Twitter Account, Has He Changed?

Chris Brown has been using his Twitter account as a way to rant at stores “blackballing” his new album, Graffiti. Brown’s Twitter account was deleted after he left a final message to his fans Monday afternoon:

I WANNA THANK MY FANS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT. I LOVE YALL. GOODBYE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Over the past few days, Chris Brown has been throwing a “mantrum”, telling anyone who will listen how he’s been wronged by those stores not selling his album. Brown went on a tirade after he visited a Wal-Mart store in Connecticut and didn’t see his album on shelves.

I’m not surprised because I didn’t really believe that Brown was a changed man, even though he made plenty of cheesy apologies. EOnline makes a great point about Chris Brown:

All this little Twitter rant does is make Chris look like a whiny, hotheaded, entitled jerk, which doesn’t exactly match up with the whole sensitive, changed man image he’s been trying to work.
