The Stir reports that the rumor is true and that their sources say Sandra has filed. There are other reports of Sandra filing for divorce but there has been no “official” confirmation that Bullock has filed.

RadarOnline reports that their experts say the “damage Jesse James has done” to his marriage is too big to repair and the celeb site hints that the marriage is pretty much over. RadarOnline interviewed sex addiction specialists who weighed in on the situation. Dr. Bethany Marshall told the celebrity website:

In this case, the damage is so great, it can’t be repaired. And that’s when it’s too much, when the damage and the humiliation is profound. He [Jesse] humiliated Sandra publicly. In this case, the cheating came out as she was achieving her greatest success, which suggests envy and a wish to tear her down, and that’s going to be evident in other aspects of their relationship as well.

Kate Gosselin: DWTS Wait ‘Torture’, Dance Routine on Jon and Kate’s Marriage?

Kate Gosselin said she wanted to throw up last night on Dancing with the Stars as she waited to find out if she was coming back for week three. It’s a good thing Kate made it because for DWTS week 3, Kate Gosselin and Tony Dovolani will create a dance routine inspired by Kate’s marriage to Jon Gosselin!

Gosselin is relieved that she wasn’t the first to go on DWTS and told Entertainment Tonight that the wait was torture:

I also thought I was going to throw up at the end. My gosh, that is just pure torture, is it not?

For next week’s Dancing With the Stars, the challenge is to create a dance routine based on the life of each celeb. Kate and Tony will create a dance based on the marriage of Jon and Kate Gosselin? The hilarious PopWatch had this to say about the new dance routine:

Tony’s on his own for the choreography, but I strongly recommend that he invest in some seafoam-colored contacts to truly achieve the essence of Jon. Are any of you more likely tune into this show on Monday?

Here’s my question: Don’t they need more than two people dancing in a routine based on Jon and Kate’s marriage, since Jon Gosselin was such a cheater? Just a thought…

Sandra Bullock Moves Toward Divorce, Sets Divorce in Motion

Sandra Bullock is moving towards a divorce from Jesse James. PopEater reports a D-I-V-O-R-C-E is becoming a reality and according to the celeb website, Sandra Bullock has flown from Texas to California to set the divorce in motion.

In addition to Popeater’s report, Radaronline.com claims that Sandra has moved into the Hollywood Hills home she lived in before her marriage. According to RadarOnline.com:

Sandra has returned home to face the problem head-on. She isn’t the sort of woman to bury her head in the sand and hope everything will go away. As painful as this is going to be, expect Sandra to cut out the cancer very soon.

After less than two months, US Magazine reports that Morgan Christie has broken up with the dad of eight. Gosselin met the 25-year-old Christie while snowboarding in Utah. Jon and Morgan were joined at the hip during the Sundance Film Festival, making headlines due to their excessive PDA.

Dennis Hopper’s divorce is turning ugly! Dennis Hopper filed a restraining order against his wife, Victoria Duffy-Hopper, for custody of their six-year-old daughter, Galen. The actor is undergoing treatment for advanced prostate cancer is also battling his wife of 14 years in a very ugly divorce battle.

Jon and Kate Gosselin Returning to TV?

Kate Gosselin could be returning to television sooner sooner rather than later! Fox411 reports that the mom of eight and her kids are in talks with TLC to start the cameras rolling again.

Last year, Jon Gosselin hit TLC with a cease-and-desist order to stop filming his ex-wife and their eight children for the hit series, Jon & Kate Plus Eight. The cable network then sued Jon Gosselin for breach of contract and a judge ordered him to stop appearing on TV for money! Since media appearances were Jon’s were a big source of his income, Gosselin is having a change of heart.

Shocking, right?

The reality dad is trying to get out of the mess he created for himself when he forced filming of Jon & Kate Plus Eight to stop. According to Fox411, sources say he is in talks with TLC to reach an agreement to allow them to film the family again. A friend of the Gosselin family told Fox411:

Kate is taking advantage of every opportunity. She is working her butt off, making payments on the house and finding new jobs and new projects that will pay her enough to secure the life she wants to provide the children. She is in demand and she wants to sustain the demand without overdoing it.

I guess Jon must have decided his kids aren’t exploited anymore? Or maybe Jon is having problems paying his bills since he’s not on reality TV and he can’t get paid to air his dirty laundry on talk shows?

Now that the world’s #1 golfer has been in sexual addiction rehab, reports say that Elin is going to try to work it out for the sake of their children.

We can’t begin to imagine how the stress this whole ordeal has affected Mrs. Woods, but we also can’t help but ask — is it really best for a strained couple to stick it out for the kids?

We consulted Dr. Susan Bartell, family psychologist and the author of “Top 50 Questions Kids Ask” who tackles this issue with couples often — and ranks whether or not to stay together for the sake of children among the most common issues married couples face.

“When there is fighting, stress, yelling arguing in the house, NO — the kids are not better off when their parents stay together,” she says. “The most important determinant of what makes kids emotionally healthy is not whether their parents stay together, but how they handle the separation or divorce: as long as they put the needs of their children first — and really look out for their best interest, children will not be sacrificed.”

“In fact,” she continues, “Role-modeling an unhappy marriage can be worse for a child.”

Denise Richards spills it on Oprah today! Ever since Charlie Sheen’s Christmas Day arrest for domestic violence, Denise hasn’t said a word about her ex-husband and father of her two children.

But it looks like the silent treatment is over, since Denise is appearing as a guest on today’s Oprah Winfrey show. I know that I’ll be glued to the TV for today’s Oprah.

The divorce from Charlie Sheen was very messy for Dense Richards. In the press, Richards has been portrayed in the media as a gold digger, husband-stealer and worse. During the divorce proceedings, Denise Richards testified that Sheen was unstable and violent. Richards stated that Charlie Sheen was addicted to gambling and prostitutes.

In a 2006 sworn testimony in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Richards charged that Charlie Sheen assaulted her and threatened her life during a December 30 incident at the actress’s Los Angeles home. Richards claimed that an enraged Sheen–who was over for a visit with the couple’s two children–told her she was “f–king with the wrong guy” and called her a series of vulgar names in front of the children. The actor, Richards said, then shoved her to the ground and screamed, “I hope you f–king die, bitch.”

Scary! But it sounds kind of familiar, doesn’t it?
