Tiger Woods’ wife stormed out on him and left town for the weekend, according to RadarOnline.com. Elin Nordegren and her scandal ridden golfer husband have hit a rough patch. Things got tense last week and Elin took the kids and headed to Palm Beach.

The news about Jesse James keeps getting worse. There are a number of media reports about a picture of Jesse James giving the Nazi salute. I hope this is a rumor and it’s not true!

The photo in question was taken two years ago, at the time when James was married to the Oscar winning Sandra Bullock.

Tiger Woods: ‘Deeply Sorry’, Would You Take Tiger Back?

Tiger Woods publicly apologized for his sex scandal this morning at a press conference. In his first public appearance since the sex scandal broke, Woods expressed remorse in a prepared statement.

I am deeply sorry for my irresponsible and selfish behavior. I have a lot to atone for.

At the press conference, Woods said he leaves tomorrow for more treatment and more therapy. The star golfer also said he plans to return to golf but he doesn’t know when. Celebrity gossip site TMZ.com has video of the press conference.

Tiger Woods has been out of the public eye since the day after Thanksgiving, when he was injured after crashing his Cadillac sport-utility vehicle into a fire hydrant and a tree near his home outside of Orlando in the wee hours of the morning. The car crash was the start of a mega sex scandal involving the golfer and over a dozen mistresses.

As the public awaits the first non-press conference Tiger Woods will hold tomorrow after scandal shattered the golf pro’s squeaky clean image, a group of golf writers refused to attend the event. Based on the strict ground rules — which include that no questions can be asked during the statement, the 950-member Golf Writers Association of America agreed to boycott the event.

The bigger question? Will Elin Nordegren Woods stand beside her man during the event?

A source told PopEater’s Rob Shuter that while Tiger is hoping she’ll be there, Elin isn’t conceding yet:

“It’s hard enough for her to try and make this marriage work after what he did to her and their children,” the insider told Shuter. “The last thing she wants to do right now is stand next to him in front of him and the world’s press. What message is she sending to her daughter and women and girls around the world.”

Elin Nordegren reportedly visited Tiger Woods at the Mississippi clinic where he’s said is undergoing sex addiction treatment. MSNBC reports that Elin wasn’t staying at a hotel, she was at the home of Minnesota Viking quarterback Brett Favre!

A heartbroken Nancy Kerrigan said that her father was always there for her. According to the Boston Herald:

After weeks of arriving at 5 a.m., taking young Nancy to lessons, the rink owners gave Dan Kerrigan the keys to the Zamboni and let him open the facility.

“He was first and foremost a man whose children were the center of his world,” said family spokeswoman Nancy Sterling, reading from a prepared statement outside the elder Kerrigan’s wake in Stoneham.

The big news yesterday about the iPad proves once again that Steve Jobs is cool! The CEO of Apple knows how to get people excited. One cable network suggested that Jobs could teach President Obama a thing or two about how to make things cool!

Elin Nordegren Hits The Slopes

Tiger Woods‘ wife is letting loose and putting the stress of her marriage to the pro golfer and the recent revelations of his infidelity behind her…for now. Elin Nordegren is in France with her twin sister and friends — staying in an $8,000-per-night chalet in the Alps.

Spotted on the slopes, Elin is hanging with good friends and family while skiing in Les Houches, an exclusive ski area.

On New Year’s Eve, Elin and her sister, Josefin, threw a party which turned into a 30th birthday party for the twins.

Though the future is still unclear for Elin and her scandal-ridden marriage, she seems to be taking her time to enjoy life while reflecting on her options!

RadarOnline also reported that Elin has allegedly decided to file, because ‘years of betrayal can’t be erased’ according to a source. The source said: “She’s not going to let Tiger talk his way out of this. There’s nothing he can say to erase years of betrayal.”

Not much is known about Brittany Murphy’s grieving husband, Simon Monjack. EOnline reports he was screenwriter, his résumé includes two films: a story credit on Factory Girl, the 2006 biopic of Andy Warhol sidekick Edie Sedgwick, starring Sienna Miller; and as writer-director-producer of the U.K. indie drama Two Days, Nine Lives.

Tiger’s father, Earl, reportedly cheated on Kutilda when the golf champ was a teen. Woods mom adores Elin and loves her grandchildren, according to the family friend who spoke to PEOPLE.

Kate Gosselin is a “wild woman” after her divorce? Gosselin talked to Jay Leno about her “wild” times as a mom of eight, you can see the video clip of her interview with Leno over on USmagazine.com.

LeAnn Rimes‘ husband Deane Sheremet filed for divorce Friday at the Los Angeles Superior Court. He requests that Rimes be ordered to pay his attorney fees and also requests spousal support, amount to be determined.
