Kate Gosselin: DWTS Wait ‘Torture’, Dance Routine on Jon and Kate’s Marriage?

Kate Gosselin said she wanted to throw up last night on Dancing with the Stars as she waited to find out if she was coming back for week three. It’s a good thing Kate made it because for DWTS week 3, Kate Gosselin and Tony Dovolani will create a dance routine inspired by Kate’s marriage to Jon Gosselin!

Gosselin is relieved that she wasn’t the first to go on DWTS and told Entertainment Tonight that the wait was torture:

I also thought I was going to throw up at the end. My gosh, that is just pure torture, is it not?

For next week’s Dancing With the Stars, the challenge is to create a dance routine based on the life of each celeb. Kate and Tony will create a dance based on the marriage of Jon and Kate Gosselin? The hilarious PopWatch had this to say about the new dance routine:

Tony’s on his own for the choreography, but I strongly recommend that he invest in some seafoam-colored contacts to truly achieve the essence of Jon. Are any of you more likely tune into this show on Monday?

Here’s my question: Don’t they need more than two people dancing in a routine based on Jon and Kate’s marriage, since Jon Gosselin was such a cheater? Just a thought…

After less than two months, US Magazine reports that Morgan Christie has broken up with the dad of eight. Gosselin met the 25-year-old Christie while snowboarding in Utah. Jon and Morgan were joined at the hip during the Sundance Film Festival, making headlines due to their excessive PDA.

Kate Gosselin: Happy 35th Birthday! Better than Last Year?

Kate Gosselin spent her 35th birthday today in Los Angeles, away from her kids, rehearsing for Dancing With the Stars.

US Magazine reports that Kate spent most of the day apart from her children on Saturday as well, even though she was at the family home in Pennsylvania for half the day.

Early Saturday morning, Kate’s bodyguard Steve Neild and his wife, Gina, arrived with a birthday gift for Kate. Kate’s DWTS partner Tony Dovolani arrived at the family home about 9:30 a.m. for a three-hour practice session in the basement.

On Saturday afternoon, Steve and Kate and Tony headed to the airport and to Los Angeles to tape Dancing with the Stars.

Kate’s 35th birthday is way better than her last birthday! Last year, Kate she spent her big day alone while husband Jon Gosselin took his girlfriend Deanna Hummel snowboarding in Utah.

A source told Us Weekly that, “Jon’s angry because doing ‘Dancing With the Stars’ will keep her away from the kids for days, and she still won’t let him have any extra custody. Nannies will watch them instead of Jon.”

We think Jon’s peeved because his wife is headed to prime-time TV on a major network while Jon is stuck out of the limelight.

But, in other Gosselin news, Jon isn’t being completely ignored. Playgirl has reportedly offered him $20,000 to shed his Ed Hardy uniform and bare it all for the magazine. Ewww!

Jon Gosselin, TLC Settle Lawsuit

Jon Gosselin and TLC have settled their differences. TLC confirmed that the lawsuits have been settled with the former star of Jon & Kate Plus 8, potentially reopening the door to more reality TV. The network said in a statement:

The whole Gosselin family remain under contract with TLC.

The TLC series John & Kate Plus 8 was one of most popular shows on the network. But when Jon and Kate’s divorce got ugly and Jon was in the tabloids with other women, the cable network announced that it would rename the show “Kate Plus Eight” and reduce Jon’s role. After TLC reduced his role in the TV series, Jon Gosselin got a court order to halt production on the TLC series because his children were being exploited!

Jon and Kate Gosselin Returning to TV?

Kate Gosselin could be returning to television sooner sooner rather than later! Fox411 reports that the mom of eight and her kids are in talks with TLC to start the cameras rolling again.

Last year, Jon Gosselin hit TLC with a cease-and-desist order to stop filming his ex-wife and their eight children for the hit series, Jon & Kate Plus Eight. The cable network then sued Jon Gosselin for breach of contract and a judge ordered him to stop appearing on TV for money! Since media appearances were Jon’s were a big source of his income, Gosselin is having a change of heart.

Shocking, right?

The reality dad is trying to get out of the mess he created for himself when he forced filming of Jon & Kate Plus Eight to stop. According to Fox411, sources say he is in talks with TLC to reach an agreement to allow them to film the family again. A friend of the Gosselin family told Fox411:

Kate is taking advantage of every opportunity. She is working her butt off, making payments on the house and finding new jobs and new projects that will pay her enough to secure the life she wants to provide the children. She is in demand and she wants to sustain the demand without overdoing it.

I guess Jon must have decided his kids aren’t exploited anymore? Or maybe Jon is having problems paying his bills since he’s not on reality TV and he can’t get paid to air his dirty laundry on talk shows?

Probably because TLC is suing the dad-of-the-year for breach of contract. And Jon can’t make any money on TV while the lawsuit is pending. So, Jon’s willing to let his brood back on TV if the network agrees to drop their lawsuit. How convenient, right?

So will we see Jon back on TLC? No way says the network. “You can be sure that if the kids come back to TLC it will be only with Kate, not with Jon. And there’s no guarantee that will happen either,” they said.

Don’t get too excited. Jon’s got other plans, apparently. Jon’s attorney says, “You haven’t seen the last of Jon Gosselin.”
