Sandra Bullock is moving towards a divorce from Jesse James. PopEater reports a D-I-V-O-R-C-E is becoming a reality and according to the celeb website, Sandra Bullock has flown from Texas to California to set the divorce in motion.

In addition to Popeater’s report, Radaronline.com claims that Sandra has moved into the Hollywood Hills home she lived in before her marriage. According to RadarOnline.com:

Sandra has returned home to face the problem head-on. She isn’t the sort of woman to bury her head in the sand and hope everything will go away. As painful as this is going to be, expect Sandra to cut out the cancer very soon.

The photo in question was taken two years ago, at the time when James was married to the Oscar winning Sandra Bullock.

O’Brien skewered the network regarding rumors he will be pushed back to 12:05am so that Jay Leno can take the 113opm time slot for his current show. Charlie Sheen wanted to phone it in for his upcoming January 20th court appearance in Aspen Colorado. Because nothing says commitment like a conference call, right? But the judge ordered Sheen to appear in court in person!

On January 20th, Sheen is requesting modification of the restraining order against him to protect his wife Brooke Mueller.
