Reese Witherspoon Steps Out with Her New Man

Reese Witherspoon has moved on from that Jake guy…and moved on with CAA agent Jim Toth (see photo below). The couple stepped out last night for a late dinner at Los Angeles’ intimate Pace — the duo have been on a slew of dates over the past few weeks.

A fellow diner told PEOPLE that “there was no major PDA. Reese looked very cute and casual in jeans with black boots. She was in the best mood ever and would not stop laughing.”

Witherspoon called it quits with long-time beau Jake Gyllenhaal late last year. Her ex-husband, Ryan Phillippe recently split from his girlfriend, Abbie Cornish.
