Robert Pattinson, Kristin Stewart ‘Best Kiss’ 2010 MTV Movie Awards?

The on screen and off screen couple got the nod for Best Kiss for their smooching in The Twilight Saga: New Moon.

Rob and Kristen are up against some pretty tough competition for the 2010 MTV Movie Award Best Kiss! They are up against themselves too! Kristen Stewart & Dakota Fanning are nominated for their kiss in The Runaways and Emilie de Ravin & Robert Pattinson are nominated for their kiss in Remember Me.

Go to the MTV Movie Award website to vote! You must vote by April 9 to have your vote count! The 2010 MTV Movie Awards will air live June 6th at 9 EST…on MTV, of course.

Robert Pattinson: Nervous about Fight Scenes in ‘Remember Me’

GLAMOUR.com in the UK interviewed Robert Pattinson as a part of his UK Remember Me media blitz. Pattinson revealed to the magazine his nervousness at shooting the film’s fight scenes:

I haven’t been in a fight for quite a long time. I’m too scared now; if I got into a fight now someone would probably just kill me in 30 seconds!”

The fight I had at the beginning I was doing with a stunt guy and I hit him with what I thought was my full strength – I hit his face about four times, and every time I was like ‘I’m sorry I’m sorry’, and he was like ‘It’s fine, I can’t even feel it’, and I was like ‘doesn’t it even hurt?’…That was kind of an ego deflator!

With a face like Rob’s, is it any wonder he’s more of a lover than a fighter? In Remember Me, Pattinson plays Tyler, who is an angry young man. Remember Me is a story about the healing power of love, the strength of family, and the importance of every single moment you get with those you love.

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart No Longer Cutest Couple?

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are no longer the cutest couple—-at least according to the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards! Last night at the Kids Choice awards, the award for cutest couple went to the other Twilight Saga hunk Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart. What a major burn for Team Edward.

So the kids voted Jacob and Bella as cutest couple instead of Edward and Bella but that wasn’t the only Twilight news of the night. The Twilight Saga: New Moon was beat out as the favorite movie. The film the kids voted as number one was Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel. Please!

No offense kids but I’d rather stick a fork in my eye than watch “The Squeakquel” but that’s just me.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Together in London?

robert Pattinson112 Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Together in London? Word is that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were out in London Friday night? According several UK celebrity sources, Twilight Saga co-stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were spotted at the Lyric Theater in Hammersmith. There are several British media sources reporting that the on-screen and off-screen couple reportedly attended a midnight performance of Ghost Stories.

However, here in the States there are reports of Kristen Stewart sightings in LA and in Las Vegas, so I’m not sure if I am buying the London K-Stew sighting. Whether they are together in London or not— I just love it that they are finally out in the open, don’t you?

Rob recently told MTV UK that he thinks Kristen is amazing:

I do think Kristen is amazing. I wanted to work with her the moment I met her. Our chemistry was so good. I asked her out a lot but she wasn’t having it.

Robert Pattinson would rather go to a pub than a movie premiere. Pattinson recently told London journalist Neil Sean:

Although I like meeting fans and love the response from them. I’m far happier going down to my local pub, having a drink and sitting chatting to friends. That’s when I’m most relaxed.

I didn’t go into acting because I wanted to be famous, I got into acting because I loved the creation and the making of good credible drama. Fame is just an extra added on.

In one of The Twilight Saga: New Moon extended scenes, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart talk about Taylor Lautner’s character, Jacob Black.

This sequence is a set-up for the upcoming Edward vs. Jacob conflict and was included n the New Moon DVD special features. As Bella and Edward walk to class, our favorite vampire is concerned that Jacob Black is more than just friend to Bella.

Robert Pattinson Asked Kristen Stewart Out ‘Alot’, She Would Not Go?

Robert Pattinson told MTV UK that his Twilight Saga co-star Kristen Stewart out for a date ‘a lot’ when their first met.

Pattinson, who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight series of movies, said he asked Kristen out frequently when they first met, but it took her a while to give in to his advances.

I do think Kristen is amazing. I wanted to work with her the moment I met her. Our chemistry was so good. I asked her out a lot but she wasn’t having it.

Rob also talked about his status as a teen heartthrob because of the Twilight fame:

I have been lucky, of course. Like, last year, if I went out, I’d have to fight to chat someone up. This year, I look exactly the same, which is really scruffy, and yet lots of people seem to have just changed their minds and decided I’m really sexy.

New ‘Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ Clip!

In this clip, Bella and Edward are discussing why he doesn’t want her to be a vampire. Edward tells her he doesn’t want her to suffer the loss of her family and tells her:

You believe I have a soul. Well, I don’t. But to risk yours, just for the sake of never having to lose you—that’s the most selfish thing I’ll ever do.

‘Breaking Dawn’ Could Be Directed by Gus Van Sant or Sofia Coppola?

Entertainment Weekly confirmed today that Gus Van Sant the award-winning director of Drugstore Cowboy and Milk has been approached to direct Breaking Dawn the final movie Twilight Saga series.

Entertainment Weekly also reports that Summit Entertainment has reached out to Sofia Coppola who directed the award winning movie Lost in Translation. Director Bill Condon of Dreamgirls was also approached, according to EW.

Robert Pattinson and Peter Facinelli told MTV News that their ideal director for Breaking Dawn would be the two-time Oscar-nominated director Gus Van Sant, so who knows?

For anyone who hasn’t heard, Twilight Saga: New Moon comes out on DVD this weekend.
