Critics Choice Awards 2010: Sandra Bullock and Meryl Streep Tie, ‘The Hurt Locker’ Beats ‘Avatar’

At the 2010 Critics Choice Awards, Sandra Bullock keeps winning awards for The Blind Side.

The winner for Best Actress was a tie! Meryl Streep and Sandra Bullock shared the honor.

Inglourious Basterds won for Best Acting Ensemble, Avatar took home the Critics Choice Award for Best Action Movie, Best Editing and Best Art Direction.

The Best Young Actor or Actress went to Saoirse Ronan of The Lovely Bones. I cheered this award because Ronan was absolutely brilliant in the film.

Up In The Air won Best Adapted Screenplay and the winner of Best Original Screenplay went to Inglourious Basterds by Quentin Tarantino.

Jeff Bridges won Best Actor for Crazy Heart and Best Director went to Kathryn Bigelow who made The Hurt Locker. This win makes Kathryn Bigelow the first woman to ever win the award for Best Director!
