I’m not sure what to do for Halloween.
Honestly, I’m not even sure how into it I am anymore. Candy is bad for your teeth, chocolate makes you fat, and, well, I don’t look as good as I used to in that Little Miss Muffet costume.
That said, I don’t want to be that party pooper who shows up to a costume gala in my regular street clothes.
A good last-minute fix: do up the cosmetics and make that serve as the basis for your costume. You probably already own most of the necessary products to create a Barbie or Cleopatra, or almost anything else you have in mind!
I got some tips from the experts at TheFrisky.com, and it’s made everything feel incredibly easy.

3. If you have a wig or the hair to style a Cleopatra-esque ‘do, check out these beauty instructions to complete the look. Don’t have a wig? We’re loving the distinct OTT combo of gold eyeshadow and black liner designs and would try rocking it as a Grecian goddess with slicked-back hair. – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQZXeV6qX6k
4. Here’s a great one for brunettes—a 1920s-era silent film star. Smoke up your eyes, create a dark, rounded pout, and you’ll look like you popped off the black and white screen. – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6kIYBeWcxk
