Even though summer is officially over, you don’t have to give up on the healthy look your skin takes on during the summer months! With the help of cosmetic bronzers, you can warm up your face and maintain a sunkissed glow through the winter.
Bronzers come in many different forms –from gels, to powders, to sprays. Here’s a round-up of some of my favorite bronzers by type:
Nars Powder Bronzer: Nars makes a flawless bronzing powder that creates the look of gorgeously glowing, tanned skin. In three shades (my fave is Laguna) that are each infused with gold shimmer, you’ll look healthy and not fake baked. Nars powder is great for the face and shoulders and their body glow is perfect for achieving the same look on your body.

Josie Maran Bronzing Argan Oil: This all-natural formula features Argan Oil which leaves your skin shimmering and smelling divine. The color might be a bit too dark for fair skin, but works well when mixed with tinted moisturizer or foundation to lighten it up.

Perfekt Skin Perfection Body Gel: I love Perfekt’s foundation, so it’s no wonder that their bronzing gel is one of my favorites too! Available in three shades, not only does this lightweight gel give skin a healthy, even glow, the formula also keeps skin moisturized without a sticky feel.

Guerlain Terracotta Spray: Guerlain’s spray uses airbrush technology to create a smooth, even tone on your skin, but is extremely lightweight and natural. One can will last months — 130 applications — and also has SPF protection so you keep your not only looks healthy, but is healthy.

Urban Decay Santa Tanita Bronzing Mousse: A light, airy mousse, this formula instantly bronzes face and body but also has a self-tanner that creates a more lasting glow. The mousse dries fast, so it won’t stain clothes…and I love that the bottle resembles a prayer candle: perfect for sun worshippers!
