rihanna2 2009 American Music Awards: Red Carpet Fashion!The American Music Awards are underway and while there will likely be big news from inside the show, let’s kick it off by celebrating some of the hot fashion from outside on the red carpet!

Lots of bling and asymmetrical styles were seen as music’s newcomers Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato and veterans Mary J. Blige and  Alicia Keyes as they all headed in to the awards show in Los Angeles where Whitney Houston, Jennifer Lopez, Janet Jackson and Rihanna are expected to perform.
