Kate Winslet, Michelle Obama & Nicole Richie Top People’s Best Dressed List

Kate Winslet, Michelle Obama and Nicole Richie are among the fashionistas who made it onto People Magazine’s 10 Best Dressed List of 2009. The annual list was unveiled Wednesday, highlighting the celebrities who consistently look amazing in fashions that work best for their style.

The list featured a few surprising choices — including Kim Kardashian and Vanessa Hudgens. People style editor Clarissa Cruz commended both Hudgens and Kardashian for finding what works for them.

“We just thought [Hudgens] was really cute. She goes from hippie chic to rocker chic; she adds some edge with fierce accessories to off set her outfits,” Cruz said.
