Mall Opens Womens-Only Parking Lot

China — one of the most dangerous places to drive with over 200 car-related deaths per day — is trying to make driving (and shopping) a bit safer for women. Not sure if it’s an insult to female driving skills or a nice extra touch, but China’s Wanxiang-Tiancheng mall opened a womens-only parking lot painted in pink and light purple and with parking spots 3 feet wider than standard parking structures.
A spokesperson for the mall told a news agency that the girly lot is meant to cater to women’s “strong sense of color and different sense of distance.” In addition to extra lighting, attendants help guide women into their parking spaces.
Throw in attendants to carry our shopping bags to the car and we’re sold!

sounds like something they would do in the middle east if they even let women drive there!
