Large Study on Cell Phones and Brain Tumors Finds No Connection

Even though we can’t live without cell phones, news that radiation from them may cause brain tumors is a growing concern. A new, large scale study of over 60,000 people over a 30 year period found no substantial change in the occurrence of brain tumors.
Published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, this study contradicts another study that was announced — but not yet released — a couple of months ago.
The American Cancer Society says that in looking at most studies as a whole, no link between cell phones and tumor development has been found.
