latenightsnacking 199x300 Late Night Snacks Will Pack on the Pounds, According to New StudyLate night snackers are more likely to gain weight, according to a new study.  Research from Northwestern University reports when you eat is almost as important as what you eat!

Fred Turek of Northwestern says a study of mice  fed when they should be sleeping gained almost 8% more weight than mice fed during the daytime hours.  Both groups of mice were fed exactly the same food, the only difference being the time of feeding.

Bad news for those who love to raid the fridge at midnight!
