Michelle Obama’s arms are the envy of millions of American women! The First Lady’s longtime personal trainer, Cornell McClellan says Mrs. Obama earned her well-toned arms!
McClellan gave Women’s Health the scoop on the fit First Lady. Turns out he’s put Mrs. O through 1,872 workouts since he started working with her in 1997! The trainer uses a holistic approach that includes strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training and says that Mrs. Obama is dedicated to her workouts:
