    This is great, I could use something like this while working on my HCG diet. Usually when you pick up a program like this you tend to be nervous, anxious and frustrated because you want to get it over with as fast as you can and get into shape in no time. My funny bone would surely be amused by an 100% cotton towel that’s colored and has a message I can glance at whenever I want to give up because “this is boring”.
