I’ve noticed they don’t seem to change much about their lifestyles and continue to work out and do yoga. I could only hope that one day if I decide to have a baby, I’ll be the same way.

Bob Harper, the Co-host of NBC’s The Biggest Loser, partnered with GoFit to create a line of kettle bells that are great for working out at home. I would have never thought to purchase kettle bells for myself, they’re normally something I save for the gym, but these come with an instructional DVD with workouts designed and performed by Harper that make using them practical. It’s like having a personal trainer in your living room.
