Most people who are guilty of having a sweet tooth crave something sweet after a meal.  Instead of munching on something high in sugar, opt for a high-fiber, whole-grain cookie.

Fiber releases sugar and carbs into your blood stream slowly and steadily throughout the day instead of all at once –- preventing the dreaded post-sugar crash.  There’s nothing worse than being on a sugar high and then needing a nap.  These healthier options will help to sustain your energy all day long.
