The Microsoft Kin is dead. Announced less than two months after its launch, Microsoft has canceled the product due to weak sales. The Kin had been targeted at tweens, teens and young adults who the company refers to as the “upload generation.”

Apple and AT&T Named in Class Action Lawsuit Stemming from iPhone 4 Issues
Apparently the iPhone 4′s reception issues are so major that a class action lawsuit has been brought against Apple and AT&T. The lawsuit makes a number of claims against Apple including Defect in Design, Manufacture and Assembly, and Breach of Express Warranty. Apple and AT&T are also accused of General Negligence, Deceptive Trade Practices, Intentional Misrepresentation, Negligent Misrepresentation and Fraud by Concealment.

Foursquare Raises $20 Million
Money will be used for expansion and to buy… chairs. “We haven’t been hiring because we don’t have the places to sit people,”Foursquare founder and CEO Dennis Crowley told CNN. “We have a deep and ambitious road map, we just need people to carry it out.” The rapidly growing website is near the 1.8 million user mark and see an average of 15,000 new users per day.
