Twitter, Facebook To Play Big Role In Susan Powell Case
Posted on January 3, 2010 by Lolita Carrico
The family of Susan Powell, a young mom from Utah who mysteriously disappeared last month, is planning an online blitz on Facebook and Twitter in hopes of finding her.
Shelby Gifford, a spokesperson for the family, told a local newspaper that “by the time she is done, she hopes everyone in the world will know about the desperate search for Susan Powell.” A YouTube channel and Facebook page are already set up featuring pictures and information about Powell.
“We’re hoping that somebody might remember something. They’ll see this. They’ll remember. Something will hit them that before they hadn’t though about. Some bit of information will get passed on to the police.”
If you can help, email the family at findsusanpowell@gmail.com.
