Sanrio, the company behind the adorable Hello Kitty, is celebrating their 50th Anniversary with a special collection of equally adorable MIMOBOT USB flash drives by Mimoco.

Mimoco, the design house who turned personal data storage devices into highly coveted collectibles, has just released their first wave of Sanrio anniversary characters, available now:

- My Melody, who was born in the forest of Mari Land and loves poundcake

- Chococat, a scatterbrained little boy cat who loves to keep up on the latest news

- Tuxedo Sam, a bow-tie wearing penguin who is fluent in both Penguinese and English

The second collection featuring characters Hangyodon, Badtz-Maru and Hello Kitty Classic will arrive in September. Flash drives range from 2GB to 16GB (Mac/PC compatible) and come pre-loaded with exclusive content like character-themed wallpapers, screensavers and videos.
