ana 300x202 Female Friendly Skies: Airline Offers Bathrooms for Women OnlyA Japanese airline is taking an extra step to make passengers more comfortable, despite a trend in the opposite direction from their peers. Starting next month, All Nippon Airlines will designate one restroom on most international flights as female-only.

It’s a customer service move, an airline rep said. Based on a survey, 90 percent of the women polled said they found the idea attractive. The official also said women don’t like using shared toilets as men sometimes leave the seat up. She said demand for women-only toilets was especially high among passengers taking long flights.

In other news…a mall in China recently opened a womens-only parking lot.
