    The healthy snack my little one loves is a kid-friendly yogurt parfait. You just layer flavored yogurt, raisins and sliced bananas 2 times, then top with your child’s favorite cold cereal (such as Cheerios or Rice Krispies). YUM!

    a healthy snack my kids love is apple face we get an apple and put penutbutter in dots for eyes noes mounth and sometimes ears we put raisins in place on the penutbutter they injoy making it olmost as much as eating it

    Not sure if this is exactly “healthy” but for us it serves the purpose. Bugs on a log. Pretzel rod with peanut butter on it and then raisins sprinkled on that.

    i would say fruit because one of my kids loves it but i encourage chex mix over potato chips-about half the fat content

    Fruit Yogurt Salad

    Take 1-2 cups vanilla yogurt and 4 cups of your teen’s favorite fruit – melons, apples, oranges, bananas, etc. Mix the fruit together in a bowl. Add yogurt, stir. Cool in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
