I used them as part of my "curriculum" so to speak. I wouldn't hand a book to my toddler and expect it to make them smart either. I guess the DVD is just easier for the parent to walk away from, but if used correctly it can be an asset. I will not be looking for a refund, I hope that only those who some how truly were duped go looking for a refund.
