Kids love wooden blocks. Kids are endlessly fascinated with magnetic toys. Tegu makes classic wooden blocks with magnets hidden inside and voila… hours of fun. It’s hard to find a toy that has a more compelling story — not only are Tegu blocks made from beautiful eco-friendly wood, they’re making a positive social impact in the Honduran community where they are made.

With the goal of creating jobs and economic opportunity for the people of Honduras, Tegu founders Chris and Will Haughey, came up with the idea to start a company that created eco-friendly toys. They found tropical woods that could be sustainably harvested and designed an holistic toy that would appeal to kids around the world.

In addition to 4,656 trees, Tegu continues their mission to build fun wooden toys for kids of all ages.
