I’m a huge Food Network fan. I’ll take Chopped, Iron Chef America or The Great Food Truck Race any day over sitcoms and hour-long dramas. Well, except for maybe Modern Family. But anyhow, when I had the chance to chat with Chopped host Ted Allen about entertaining tips, I was thrilled to get is feedback and ideas.

Ted shared some secrets from the Chopped studio (yes, it is as stressful as it looks)! He also shared some tips on how to entertain over the holidays and throw simple, memorable events that don’t cause the kind of stress the Chopped contestants experience!
