Sometimes, I like to be adventurous and try out new, different types of wines. Other times, I like to stick with what I know, and what I know is Pinot Grigio.
Did I just rhyme? I swear I wasn’t trying.
When I go to wine bars with wine lists the size of a dictionary, I typically stick to what I know. Boring, right? When I want a tried and true wine, I look for a description that includes fresh, ripe apple and pear aromas and delicious, juicy flavors.
Italian Pinot Grigio is normally very light and crisp, but Voga Italia combines the soft the Veneto region with the structure and breed of the Trentino province to produce a classic and enjoyable Pinot Grigio.
Voga is also known for its signature bottle, which some have said looks like a reusable water bottle while others don’t recognize it as a wine, but mistake it for a liqueur. As unique as the bottle, Voga wines have endless possibilities with what they drink well with.
Anyone who likes to pair wines with ethnic cuisines should know that Voga isn’t just limited to Italian foods; I’ve had this as an apertif and it’s said to pair well with pan-Asian, Thai, Indian, sushi and fusion cuisines.
